30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

1. Email support@hossishop.com with your order number
2. Receive return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item back (return shipping at customer expense unless faulty)
4. Receive refund within 5–10 business days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products (unless defective)
• Items worn, washed, or used
• Final sale items

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
